Tesselights are a line of modern handmade light fixtures born out of the laws of complex geometry. Made of polymer-coated, archival paper that is folded, curled, and sewn by hand, Tesselights are delicate in appearance yet very durable. The name Tesselight is derived from the term "tesselation," meaning the repetition of geometric forms to create a pattern without voids. Natural tension allows for a frameless assembly, maximizing light output and minimizing weight. Tesselights are available in a variety of styles and colors and custom orders are welcome.
